Surface high pressure over the Great Basin will bring local offshore winds of 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 40 mph to the mountains and below the canyons and passes of Southern California through Wednesday morning. High pressure aloft over the eastern Pacific Ocean will bring a couple degrees of warming along with minimum humidity in the teens each day through this weekend. Maximum temperatures will be in the mid 60s to mid 70s across the mountains and 80s to low 90s in the valleys today. Light offshore flow will occur Wednesday afternoon through this weekend.
