Surface high pressure over Northern California will bring north winds of 20 to 30 mph with gusts to 50 mph to much of Santa Barbara County and the Grapevine this morning. High pressure aloft moving in from the south will bring around 10 degrees of warming each day through Monday. Maximum temperatures will be near normal today, with mid 50s to mid 60s across the mountains and mid 70s to mid 80s in the valleys. Minimum humidity will be between 15% and 30% today. Well above normal temperatures will occur Sunday through Tuesday, with record heat Monday and Tuesday. Minimum humidity will be in the teens Sunday and then in the single digits Monday and Tuesday. Northeast to east winds of 15 to 30 mph with gusts to 50 mph will surface across the mountains and below the canyons and passes of Southern California Monday morning through Tuesday afternoon. The ridge will weaken bringing a cooling trend and a slight increase
