FLASH FLOOD POTENTIAL INDEX FOR EXTREME SOUTHWESTERN CALIFORNIA

Monsoonal moisture will be increasing through midweek, providing the fuel for scattered shower and isolated thunderstorm development over most of the area. Moderate easterly flow should limit the flooding potential, and clouds may limit instability at times as
